ELIXIR by Dom Wódki is a place where 6 centuries of tradition in the production of vodkas, meads and liqueurs are intertwined with the culinary richness of contemporary Polish cuisine.
A modern interpretation of classic recipes, the use of regional products and an innovative approach to the idea of combining food with high-quality alcohol allow us to discover Polish cuisine anew, in a surprising and previously unknown version.

WORLD RESTAURANT AWARDS – ELIXIR by Dom Wódki nominated for the ‘Restaurant Oscars’!
In 2018, ELIXIR by Dom Wódki was honored with a nomination for the World Restaurant Awards, alongside prestigious names like Alain Ducasse at Paris’ Hotel Plaza Athénée and Spain’s legendary Celler de Can Roca. The nomination was made by a jury that included world-renowned chefs such as Massimo Bottura of the famed Osteria Francescana and René Redzepi of Copenhagen’s Noma. While Elixir didn’t win, it proudly represented Poland among the biggest stars of the culinary world, narrowly losing in its category to Copenhagen’s Geranium, which was later ranked No. 1 in the world by the World’s 50 Best Restaurants in 2021.
